The program of Early Childhood Education in the Graduate School of Education (Master’s Program) has been changed to Infant and Early Childhood Education in School Education Study. Newly offered are an Educational Clinical Psychology course in the School Education Study program, and an Integrated Studies course in the Subjects and Related Areas of Education. The Master’s Program now comprises three programs covering 12 specialized courses.

Faculty of School Education (Kindergarten and Elementary School Teacher-Training Program) reorganized into 2 Program consisting of 9 specialized courses. Annual undergraduate enrollment changed to 160.
